We understand that when your furry loved one isn’t feeling well, it can be very stressful for you as well as your pet. Our compassionate team will always take the time to explain what we need to do to find out what is causing your pet’s problem. A thorough non-wellness physical examination is crucial, but sometimes more extensive diagnostics are required for a correct and definitive diagnosis. Longview Animal Hospital offers state-of-the-art digital radiography, ultrasound and blood machines to look “inside” your pet when more than a physical exam is needed.
Our patient monitor allows us to watch an EKG, blood pressure, temperature, etc. on critically ill or anesthetized patients. We also run a fecal exam, urine test, and many other specialized blood tests in-house to provide fast results when time is of the essence.
In rare cases that require treatment and/or diagnostics outside of our realm of technology and/or expertise, we have relationships with outside laboratories and board-certified specialists who are ready to help out at a moment’s notice.
Bring your pets to us if you reside in Lakeport, Henderson, Kilgore, Hallsville or Tatum in the Lake Cherokee area.
