New Puppy Care and Kitten Care

Longview Animal Hospital loves helping you start your new pet off on the right foot, or paw! Providing the proper care for your new furry friend from the beginning means a longer, healthier life. At your first visit with us, Dr. Foye will do a thorough exam on your new pet, administer initial vaccines, and perform a fecal exam to check for intestinal worms and parasites. He will also discuss dietary needs, future preventive medicine (vaccine boosters and heartworm/flea/tick preventatives), spay or neuter, potty training, socialization and general behavior to help you and your pet adjust to your new life together.
