We offer a full range of pet boarding animal services, from indoor-only kennels for cats and smaller dogs to indoor/outdoor kennels for larger dog boarding.
All of our kennels are temperature-controlled so that they stay cool during the dog days of summer and stay comfortable when their fur coats aren’t thick enough to keep them snuggly warm.
While your pet is here, we feed high quality, sensitive stomach Hill’s Science Diet food. Of course, we love it when you bring your pet’s own food so that he/she doesn’t have the stress of a diet change while boarding. You can also bring any special blankets and/or toys to make your pet’s stay even more enjoyable.
We do all we can to give them as much love as they get at home, even on the weekends. Dogs are walked twice a day in our large back yard, a fenced-in area behind the kennels.
If you have a pet that needs medication while boarding, our trained staff keeps them on schedule. If any problems arise with any animal, Dr. Foye is notified and if the problem needs attention, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
To protect every pet that stays at Longview Animal Hospital, all animals that stay in our kennels must be current on core vaccines (dogs: rabies vaccine, distemper/parvo and bordetella; cats: rabies vaccine, distemper, leukemia). If the vaccinations were not done at our clinic, written proof/receipts from another veterinarian is required.
We serve the pet boarding needs of clients from Hallsville, Tatum, Lakeport, Henderson and Kilgore in the Lake Cherokee area.
